At our plantation in Flores, Indonesia, our mature, healthy cashew trees are the basis of our premium cashew nuts.
Unlike conventional production methods, which use high-temperature steam (over 60 degrees Celsius), ovens and machines, our cashews are broken/Cracked by hand without prior cooking and sun dried without applying any other heat.
As a result, our cashews have more aroma and flavor, are softer, more tender and are considered as a raw food.
